My name is Sophie! I’m an inclusive documentary style wedding photographer based out Northwest Ohio.
I strive to capture all the honest heartfelt emotions of your day through a relaxed and genuine approach. My photography style is documentary focused; I like to think of myself as a fly on the wall 85% of the day, focusing on capturing your day as it unfolds naturally.
I will help direct and pose you as needed during family and bridal portraits but majority of the day I’ll be quietly snapping away in the background of all the hustle and bustle, savoring those truly candid smiles, ugly crying, belly laughs and everything in between.
My goal isn’t to have your photos featured in a wedding magazine or curated for Instagram trends - my goal is to have your photos featured in your family photo albums, shared and cherished for many many years.
